Delete Your Data

FrameMe does not require an account, and we do not store your generated images or personal data on our servers. However, if you have contacted us or shared any information with our support team, you may request permanent deletion at any time.

To request deletion of any support emails or communication you have sent us, please contact:

Please note that photos you upload inside the app are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after your result is generated. You may delete any saved images directly from your device at any time.

All deletion requests received by email will be completed within 7 business days.
