FrameMe – Terms of Service & End‑User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 28, 2025

1. Acknowledgement

This Agreement is between you and the Developer, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the App or its content.

2. Scope of License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FrameMe on any device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store or Google Play’s Terms of Service.

3. User Content – Uploaded Photos

You may upload photos into FrameMe to generate AI-enhanced face-swap images. Uploaded photos are processed temporarily and deleted after the final result is generated. You retain all rights to the photos you upload.

4. Generated Images

Generated images are saved locally on your device unless you manually share them. You are responsible for the content you create and share using FrameMe.

5. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the App. Apple and Google have no support obligations.

6. Warranty

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. If the App fails to meet any applicable warranties, you may request a refund through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Product Claims

The Developer—not Apple or Google—is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including quality, legal compliance, and user experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, templates, UI elements, and branding within FrameMe are the property of the Developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

9. Legal Compliance

You agree that your use of the App will comply with applicable laws. You also confirm you are not restricted by U.S. export or sanctions regulations.

10. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use FrameMe for illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive purposes. Misuse of the App may result in termination of your license.

11. Third-Party Terms

Your device manufacturer, wireless carrier, and app store provider may impose their own terms and limitations. You are responsible for complying with them.

12. Apple & Google as Third‑Party Beneficiaries

Both Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you where applicable.
